A collaborative approach focused on your goals
Collaborative treatment planning means we’ll build a partnership and work together to identify your treatment goals and the best therapeutic path to reach them. Along the way, we’ll periodically check in and realign as needed to ensure we are attending to those goals.
Transitions that make us feel vulnerable can also bring richness to our lives.
Birth, loss, new relationships, shifting roles, changing identities—supporting clients through these and other challenging transitions has been a primary focus of my professional background and training for more than 20 years.
I want you to feel heard, attuned to, and understood. Together we can explore your feelings, patterns, past experiences, attachments, and values through curious inquiry.
